and exchanges are permitted only under limited circumstances to maintain transparency and
fairness for both customers and our business.


Return & Exchange Eligibility

A return or exchange request will be accepted only if the item delivered is different from what was
ordered or the product arrives damaged or defective at the time of delivery. Customers must submit
a request within 7 days from the date of receiving the order.


Requirements for Approval

To qualify for a return or exchange, the product must remain unused and unwashed, all original
tags, labels, and packaging should be preserved, and customers may be asked to provide photos
or videos as proof for verification purposes.


Non-Eligible Cases

Return or exchange requests will not be accepted for products received in correct condition without
damage, items showing signs of wear, washing, or modification, or requests submitted after the
7-day return period.

Process & Important Information

Once your request is reviewed and approved, the Vinayak Vouge Tredrs support team will assist
you with the return or exchange procedure. Returns or exchanges are not applicable for reasons
such as size selection issues, color preference, or change of mind. Customers are advised to
carefully review product descriptions and details before placing an order.


Refund Policy

Refunds will be processed only after the returned item passes quality verification at our warehouse.

For prepaid orders, refunds are credited back to the original payment source. For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed to your bank account after you provide the required bank details.
